Moslem Employees of Citibank Distributes their Zakat through Dompet Dhuafa

Jakarta- The Family of Citibank Moslem Employees (Keluarga Muslim Citibank;KMC)agreed to distribute their Zakat through Dompet Dhuafa. This agreement has been stated in The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) that signed on Thursday, (23/2) in Citibank Tower, Bapindo Plaza, Jenderal Sudirman Street, South Jakarta.

“Zakat from Citibank Moslem employees will be used as properly. Hopefully this will be a first blessing start to cooperate in the next program “, said the President Director of Dompet Dhuafa Ismail A. Said that was one of the founders of KMC.

Meanwhile, the chief of KMC, Riko Tasmaya said the reason why entrusts to distribute the Zakat through Dompet Dhuafa. According to him, Dompet Dhuafa has been trusted as a trustworthy charity organization.

“We have no doubt anymore to Dompet Dhuafa, the programs has been empowering the community. We do hope that this cooperation with Dompet Dhuafa will not only this extent,“ he added.[]
