DD—Trakindo Opened Madrasah Diniyah Al-Azhar
Tasikmalaya (5/3)— Executive Director of Dompet Dhuafa Republika, Ahmad Juwaini opened Madrasah Diniyah Al-Azhar (MDA) which was located in Cipurut Kampong, Bojonggambar Village, Bojonggambir Sub-district, Tasikmalaya, West Java. This Islamic school was built by Dompet Dhuafa with donation from PT. Trakindo. The old school building located in front of MDA’s new building was terribly damaged by the earthquake hitting Tasikmalaya on last 2 September.
“Dompet Dhuafa is glad to distribute the help from Trakindo by rebuilding this Islamic school”, said Ahmad Juwaini in his welcome speech. “Let’s keep the mandate from the donors at our best. Don’t let this building used for any useless activities, moreover for sin,” he added.
In that occasion, also attended the chief of Bojonggambir Sub-district, some local public figures, and people of Cipurut Kampong. This event was closed by the signing of charter ceremony by Ahmad Juwaini and the chief of Bojonggambir Sub-district.
