JAKARTA — Dompet Dhuafa and the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta collaborate in creating various innovations as well as expanding the benefits of kindness for the community, especially in distributing Zakat, Infaq, Alms, and Waqf (Ziswaf) to benefit recipients.
Yudha Andilla as Manager of Retail Fundraising Dompet Dhuafa revealed, together with UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, Dompet Dhuafa will collaborate in the academic sphere.
“So FEB has several courses that are almost the same as the activities carried out by Dompet Dhuafa. This will be synergized in order to create a broad synergy, both in terms of learning and student practice, as well as other cooperation,” said Yudha.
On Wednesday (2/8/2023), the signing of this collaboration was held at the FEB UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta Building, Jl. Ibnu Sina 4, Pisangan, East Ciputat District, South Tangerang City.
This is a form of sensitivity and concern of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta to the community. According to the Dean of FEB UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, Ibnu Qizam, students in particular can be involved and be part of humanitarian social activities.
“For the social activities that have been carried out by Dompet Dhuafa, there are also many of them, so we want to see, be able to be involved and involve students, to educate students while also wanting to help socially to the wider community through students,” said Ibnu Qizam.

“Hopefully we get mutual benefits from both parties and also support each other. Cooperation must always be adaptive, so hopefully we will always be dynamic according to development,” Ibnu continued.
Through this collaboration that will run for 4 years, Dompet Dhuafa is present as a “Practitioner Lecturer” where later students will get direct teaching on how the activities carried out by Dompet Dhuafa, both starting from the preparations made, making campaigns to distributing programs carried out by Dompet Dhuafa.
“What students have been getting is theoretical, later through collaboration with Dompet Dhuafa, they will enter in terms of the activities that are carried out. In terms of practice, what does Dompet Dhuafa do, how can it distribute programs, how is the program distributed, if a program is going to be launched, what kind of approach do we have?” added Yudha.
Using the “jadibaik” platform to optimize the process of student learning activities, later the students can try to create a campaign, create a joint program whose results will be distributed with Dompet Dhuafa to the intended benefit recipients.

It is hoped that this collaboration can become one of the collaborations that has a positive impact in a broad scope, not only from the side of Dompet Dhuafa, but also from the side of FEB UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta can add inspiration to the wider community in the academic field, both in schools and other campuses that this collaboration can be done and provide a broad impact on the community, students, and all stakeholders.
