A total of 500 portions of iftar meals were distributed to survivors living in the Kampung Durian evacuation center in Rantau Subdistrict. Meanwhile, another 500 portions were distributed to affected residents in Melati Hamlet, Benua Raja Village, Rantau Subdistrict.

Through this public kitchen, the survivors can obtain iftar meals despite the limitations they still face in the aftermath of the flash floods that struck the area.

The distribution of STIMUNO aid packages to these survivors is also expected to help maintain residents’ immune systems amid post-flood environmental conditions that are prone to health issues.
