Whitelab Distributes Donations for Flood and Landslide Emergency Response in Sumatra Through Dompet Dhuafa

JAKARTA —— As a form of commitment to social and humanitarian concerns, Whitelab distributed donations for the Flood and Landslide Disaster Emergency Response in Sumatra through Dompet Dhuafa. The handover of donations took place at the Dompet Dhuafa Office on Friday (12/5/2025).

The floods and landslides that have struck several areas in Sumatra over the past few days have affected tens of thousands of residents, caused damage to public facilities, and disrupted logistics access at several locations. Dompet Dhuafa, through its Disaster Management Center (DMC), has been on the ground since the early stages of the disaster to carry out evacuations, distribute logistics, provide health services, and set up public kitchens. As of December 4, 2025, Dompet Dhuafa has distributed donations from its partners and the community to 34,078 beneficiaries.

This collaboration is not the first between Whitelab and Dompet Dhuafa in social programs. There have been many programs collaborated between Whitelab and Dompet Dhuafa over the past few years. All collaborations are carried out as a form of caring for others. Donations from Whitelab will be allocated to the Public Kitchen and Warm Post.
