Charity GIS 2 Fest 2026 is one of a series of activities from GIS 2 Fest 2026. GIS 2 Fest is an annual event held by students of GIS 2 Serpong High School. The activities of GIS 2 Fest 2026 consist of student seminars, inter-school competitions, an edu fair, music concerts, and social service activities.
The principal of GIS 2 Serpong High School, Dwi Kurniawati, said that the purpose of this social service activity is to provide experience and learning to high school students at GIS 2 Serpong so that they can learn to contribute to society and train their social sensitivity.
“In addition to the social service program, they are also taught to care for the environment. So this year, we chose the theme of aquatic environmental conservation. There (on the coast), we planted mangrove seedlings,” said Dwi, who is fondly known as Miss Nia.

Miss Nia also expressed her gratitude to Dompet Dhuafa for participating in the GIS 2 Serpong social service activity.
“We at GIS 2 Serpong collaborated with Dompet Dhuafa in distributing food packages in this charity program. Thank you to Dompet Dhuafa for collaborating with us. Hopefully, this collaboration will not stop here, but will also continue in various similar activities that we carry out,” she explained.
Miss Nia said that the funds for this social service activity were obtained through a partnership with Dompet Dhuafa, donations from GIS 2 Serpong students and their parents, as well as from various sponsors who also donated to this activity.

Miss Nia hopes that this social service activity will instill values of humanity, social sensitivity, and concern for the environment in the students of GIS 2 Serpong.
“We hope that this activity will be beneficial for our students. In addition, we also hope that this activity will have a direct impact on the community, especially in this charity activity at Pancer Beach, Karangantu Village, Serang Regency. Hopefully, this activity will be beneficial for the community,” she concluded.
After all the activities are completed, GIS 2 Fest will close with a music concert that will take place on February 14, 2026, at the Main Courtyard of GIS 2 Serpong. This music concert will be attended by a number of musicians, including Fiersa Besari, Nadin Amizah, and Ran. The concert will also feature several performances by GIS 2 Serpong students.

Through this collaboration, Dompet Dhuafa is committed to continuing to spread kindness through shared care to the wider community. Friends of Dompet Dhuafa can also play a role in spreading kindness to others through the Basic Food Sharing Program. (Dompet Dhuafa)
