TANGERANG REGENCY, BANTEN —-— Approaching Eid al-Fitr, precisely on the 28th of Ramadan 1443 H, the Dompet Dhuafa Community Service Institution (LPM) continued to roll out various programs, including the MSME Trade Fair, which took place in the Kronjo District, Tangerang Regency, Banten, on Saturday (4/30/2022). This program was successfully implemented thanks to the collaboration between LPM Dompet Dhuafa and the Indonesian Widyaiswara Professional Association (APWI) of the Ministry of Education and Culture.
The Borong Dagang UMKM program itself is one of the programs created by LPM Dompet Dhuafa to help small traders or MSMEs in selling their products, which are then distributed to people in need. On this occasion, there were 10 MSME players who benefited from the program. This program is considered to be very helpful for small traders, especially in meeting their needs ahead of Eid al-Fitr.

Mustaki, Head of Community Services at LPM Dompet Dhuafa, said that this program was very well received by the community, especially MSME players who benefited from it. In addition to profiting from their goods being bought up by the LPM Dompet Dhuafa team, the traders were happy to be able to share with those in need at the end of Ramadan.
“This program was made possible through the collaboration between APWI Kemendikbudristek Peduli and LPM Dompet Dhuafa. And, thank God, this program was enthusiastically welcomed by MSME entrepreneurs because it greatly helped them sell their goods, especially since their products will be distributed to people in need. I hope this program can continue in the future to reach more SME entrepreneurs who can benefit from it,” said Mustaki.

In its implementation, LPM Dompet Dhuafa involves local volunteer partners to maximize the services provided. One of them is Ustaz Danu, who this time came directly to interact with the beneficiary community. Representing the beneficiary community in Kronjo District, Ustaz Danu expressed his gratitude to all parties involved, especially Dompet Dhuafa and APWI Kemendikbud Peduli, for the implementation of this program.
“Alhamdulillah, the distribution of the wholesale program for 10 MSME actors in the Kronjo District has been carried out well and with great enthusiasm from the beneficiaries, both business actors and residents who received food for breaking the fast. This is a program that greatly helps small businesses in our area. On behalf of the beneficiaries, I would like to express my deepest gratitude to LPM Dompet Dhuafa, APWI Kemendikbudristek, and all donors who made this program a success. May Allah SWT continue to bless you all. Aamiin,” said Ustaz Danu.
One of the beneficiaries, Mastinah, expressed her gratitude to Dompet Dhuafa and APWI Kemendikbud for the program that has been launched. “I would like to express my gratitude to Dompet Dhuafa and APWI Kemendikbud for the Borong Dagangan UMKM program.
