Dompet Dhuafa Begins 2026 by Receiving Customer Experience Award from SWA Media

JAKARTA —-— Dompet Dhuafa received a prestigious award at the Conference & Awarding: Leveraging Digital Innovation and Customer Experience Approach to Achieve Business Excellence event organized by SWA Media Group and Business Digest. The event took place on Tuesday (January 27, 2026) at Ballroom C, Shangri-La Hotel Jakarta.

The award was received directly by Etika Setiawanti, Director of Resources Mobilization (Remo) at Dompet Dhuafa, and presented by Kemal E Gani, Chairman of SWA Media Group.

This award is a form of appreciation for Dompet Dhuafa’s dedication in optimizing digital technology to improve donor experience (customer experience) and the efficiency of humanitarian management.

In his speech, Kemal E Gani emphasized that in this dynamic era of digital disruption, the ability to adapt and innovate is the main determinant of competitiveness. The best practitioners are considered successful in exploring technology and data strategies to remain relevant and competitive.

The award ceremony took place in the afternoon session. The awards covered several major categories, including Indonesia Best Digital Innovation 2025, Indonesia Digital Marketing Champion (IDMC) 2025, and Indonesia Customer Experience Award & Champions 2025.

The event also featured a conference session with industry experts, such as Oki Ramadhana (President Director of PT Mandiri Sekuritas), Ruth Retno Dewi (PT Karsa Inti Tuju Askara – GoApotik), and Dr. Asnan Furinto as the Indonesian Best Digital Innovation Judge.

“Digital transformation means exploring new opportunities. And it also requires human resources. We must look at the vision and opportunities ahead, so that we can answer why we must transform,” said Oki Ramadhana.
