JAKARTA -— Dompet Dhuafa held a hearing with Deputy Foreign Minister Anis Matta on Tuesday (9/16/2025). The meeting was attended by Ahmad Juwaini, Chairman of Dompet Dhuafa, along with his staff.
During the meeting, Ahmad Juwaini presented a report on the progress of Dompet Dhuafa’s humanitarian mission in Palestine, particularly when his team distributed humanitarian aid to Palestinian refugees in Jordan.


“Dompet Dhuafa continues to carry out the mandate of the Indonesian people to be present among our brothers and sisters in Palestine. The humanitarian aid that we distribute is a manifestation of the solidarity of the Indonesian people, and we hope to continue expanding its impact,” said Ahmad Juwaini.
In addition, the two parties also discussed future steps to strengthen the humanitarian mission in Palestine and the potential for collaboration between the government and humanitarian agencies in promoting Indonesia’s diplomacy on the global stage.

Deputy Foreign Minister Anis Matta welcomed the report and emphasized the importance of close cooperation between the government and civil society.
“I welcomed Mr. Ahmad Juwaini as Chairman of Dompet Dhuafa and his staff. I received an update on the progress of Dompet Dhuafa’s humanitarian mission in Palestine. We also discussed the potential for collaboration and cooperation between the government and humanitarian agencies in promoting Indonesia’s diplomatic mission in various countries,” said Anis Matta.
