JAKARTA — Pekan Raya Jakarta (PRJ) or Jakarta Fair 2023 taking place at JIEXPO, Kemayoran, Central Jakarta will be held from upcoming June 14 to July 16, 2023. In line with this grand exhibition, Dompet Dhuafa is also present to provide worship services in the form of a musala (prayer room) which is located at Gambir Expo & Hall C and Gate I. With this prayer room, visitors who attend do not need to worry about finding a place to pray. In addition, the Dompet Dhuafa prayer room is also equipped with an ablution area and women’s praying clothes.
Riskha Julia as the Brand Activation Team of Dompet Dhuafa said that the existence of prayer rooms at the largest annual exhibition in Southeast Asia is in order to make it easier for visitors to worship as well as a shiar of kindness.
“The goal is to make it easier for Jakarta Fair visitors to worship, because considering it’s a big event but there is no proper place of worship, so that Dompet Dhuafa tries to make it easier by accommodating the prayer room. Dompet Dhuafa is also the only philanthropic institution that collaborates with Jakarta Fair. Therefore, this becomes the right thing to spread kindness,” said Riskha.

Dompet Dhuafa also provides a booth for visitors who want to give alms or sacrifice in the hallway of Hall 2 JIEXPO Kemayoran. You can perform sacrifices now through the available booths, or also through Dompet Dhuafa’s digital channels. In collaboration with Jakarta Fair, Dompet Dhuafa also provides special sacrificial promos if the visitors sacrifice at the Dompet Dhuafa booth. This promo runs from June 22-26, 2023.
