Dompet Dhuafa Receives “Very Good” Rating at HR Excellence Awards 2025: Proof of Commitment to Holistic Human Resource Development

JAKARTA – Praise be to God, Dompet Dhuafa has once again achieved remarkable success through an appreciation night event titled “The 16th Indonesia HR Excellence Conference & Awarding 2025: Accelerating Sustainable Growth through a Human-Centered Approach in the Age of Gen-AI.” Organized by SWA Magazine and LM FEB UI on Wednesday (July 16, 2025), this prestigious award reaffirms Dompet Dhuafa’s position as an institution that prioritizes the management of high-quality and professional human resources (HR).

During the event held at the Ballroom A of the Shangri-La Hotel in Jakarta, Dompet Dhuafa successfully earned the “Very Good” designation in the Wellbeing Management category. This achievement serves as tangible proof of Dompet Dhuafa’s commitment to holistic HR development. The approach implemented focuses on developing the full potential of employees, not only from a professional perspective but also from a personal and social standpoint. This includes attention to balancing individual needs with organizational goals, creating a supportive work environment that fosters the overall growth and well-being of employees. Dian Mulyadi, Deputy Director of Corporate Secretary at Dompet Dhuafa, who received the award, expressed his gratitude.
