MADURA, EAST JAVA —-— In collaboration with Dompet Dhuafa East Java, the Mauidzul Amin Al-Islamy Islamic Boarding School in Pamekasan held a Grand Tabligh with Ustadz Abdul Somad (UAS) on Saturday (May 21, 2022). The Grand Tabligh was attended by thousands of people, including students, parents of students, local residents, and people from various parts of Madura Island.
“Islamic boarding schools are the most effective educational institutions for teaching religion and protecting the next generation from falling into the negative aspects of today’s society,” said UAS in his sermon.
At the end of the session, Dompet Dhuafa East Java also handed over donations for the Sedekah Untuk Pesantren (Alms for Islamic Boarding Schools) program to the Mauidzul Amin Al-Islamy Islamic Boarding School.
“This donation is a mandate from donors with our concern for education and the propagation of Islam, especially for the students who are studying here. May blessings accompany the assistance for the construction of facilities and infrastructure for the Mauidzul Amin Al-Islamy Islamic Boarding School,” hoped Rizky Al-Adib, Head of the Dompet Dhuafa East Java Program.
