Great Edunesia’s Act of Kindness Shares 200 Iftar Packages for Marginalized Students Al-Qur’an Memorizers

Aksi Kebaikan Great Edunesia menyalurkan 200 paket berbuka puasa kepada siswa marginal penghafal Al-Qur’an di sekolah SMART Ekselensia Indonesia, Parung, Bogor, pada Sabtu (01/03/2025).

JAWA BARAT — Emphasize the importance of Ramadan Empowering, GREAT Edunesia held an act of kindness by distributing 200 iftar packages to marginalized students memorizing the Qur’an at the SMART Ekselensia Indonesia school, Parung, Bogor, on Saturday (03/01/2025). This activity took place with warmth and togetherness, attended by administrators, volunteers, and beneficiary students.

The iftar packages distributed consisted of complete nutritious meals carefully prepared to meet the nutritional needs of the students. Each package includes a balanced menu, ranging from sources of carbohydrates, proteins, to calcium. In addition, the iftar packages are also supplemented with fresh fruits as a source of natural fiber that aids digestion and maintains good health during the fasting month. In addition to the main meal, students also receive fresh drinks to hydrate the body after a day of fasting.

“But it’s not just about food, it’s about the care and love we give them. By sharing, we want them to feel that they are not alone, that there are many kind people who care about their struggle to study and memorize the Qur’an,” said Silmi, a volunteer from Aksi Kebaikan.

On this occasion, Ustaz Dimas, as the manager of the dormitory, expressed his gratitude for the attention given to the children in his care. According to him, SMART EI students have an extraordinary enthusiasm for learning and memorizing the Qur’an. Feeling cared for and appreciated will probably motivate them even more to keep striving.

“We are very grateful and thankful to all those who have supported this activity. The children here have an extraordinary enthusiasm for learning and memorizing the Qur’an. With the help of this iftar package, they feel more valued and increasingly motivated to keep striving. May this kindness bring blessings to all involved,” he said.

As the manager of the Aksi Kebaikan program, Dindin Komarudin, expressed his highest appreciation to all donors and volunteers who had contributed to this activity. Dindin also invited more parties to participate in similar programs so that more care is gathered for children memorizing the Al-Qur’an.
“We hope that this program can continue and expand its reach. Let’s continue to share and spread happiness to those in need,” he added.
