BANDUNG BARAT —-— During the holy month of Ramadan, Dompet Dhuafa carried out the Grebek Kampung Program in Pasirlangu Village, Cisarua Subdistrict, West Bandung Regency, on Thursday (March 5, 2026). This area was selected as the target location because it is currently working to recover from a landslide disaster.
Grebek Kampung is an annual initiative by Dompet Dhuafa targeting remote and disaster-affected areas. This time, the event was organized through a warm collaboration with Persib supporters (Bobotoh) and the management of PT Persib Bandung Bermartabat.
The presence of Persib’s senior defender, Achmad Jufriyanto, served as a major draw for the residents. Jupe, as he is affectionately known, did not merely attend as a guest but also interacted directly to provide moral support to the children affected by the disaster.
“This is an expression of empathy and solidarity from Dompet Dhuafa and the Persib Bobotoh. We hope our presence serves as a form of trauma healing for the residents, especially the children and the elderly,” said Nur Awaludin Lubis, Head of Pasirlangu Village.

In line with this, Andang Ruhiat, Chief Operating Officer of PT Persib Bandung Bermartabat, expressed his appreciation.
“Thank you to Dompet Dhuafa for involving us in this humanitarian effort. This is part of our dedication and the prayers of millions of Persib supporters for our fellow citizens,” he said.
This edition of the Grebek Kampung program covers various aspects of assistance, ranging from disaster mitigation to spiritual support:
- Disaster Mitigation Education: The Disaster Management Center (DMC) conducts disaster preparedness awareness sessions for children.
- Spiritual Support: Spiritual guidance and short-term Islamic boarding school sessions led by clerics from the Dompet Dhuafa Dai Corps (Cordofa).
- Logistical Assistance: Distribution of 200 School Kit packages, 50 Muslim Kit packages, and cash assistance for 35 residents directly affected by the disaster.
- Mobile Kitchen (Darling): The Community Service Agency (LPM) team, together with local women, worked together to cook 300 portions of iftar meals.
The symbolic handover of aid was conducted by Dompet Dhuafa’s leadership, including KH Izzudin Abdul Manaf as the Sharia Supervisory Board member and Juperta Panji Utama as Deputy Director 1 of LPM.
“Our hope is to foster a sense of solidarity and compassion. By helping one another, the people of Pasirlangu can rise together to face a better future,” concluded Sabiq Al-Qital, the Project Coordinator for the LPM Dompet Dhuafa Village Outreach Program.

Through collaboration between humanitarian organizations, sports communities, and the public, Grebek Kampung is expected to restore the hope that was buried under the landslide debris. (Dompet Dhuafa)
