JAKARTA — Benings Clinic, a beauty clinic company under the guidance of dr. Oky Pratama, Dipl. AAAM., a renowned specialist in the field, has raised humanitarian donations for Palestine. The funds were directly handed over to Dompet Dhuafa on Monday (13/11/2023) at the Philanthropy Building in South Jakarta, to be distributed to the Palestinian community.
The donation for Palestine resulted from a humanitarian aid drive during a three-hour live streaming event hosted on the e-commerce platform of Benings Clinic on Saturday (4/11/2023).
“So, this is a collection of donations from our sales, and today’s symbolic gesture aims to announce that the donations have been handed over and distributed. We entrust Dompet Dhuafa to channel them. So, we had a sale on November 4, 2023, for 3 hours,” said Lukman Adji, Camera Person at Benings Clinic.

Ahmad Faqih Syarafaddin, the GM of ZIS Fundraising at Dompet Dhuafa, stated that the donations would be converted into food, medicine, and winter clothing for the Palestinian people.
“Alhamdulillah, today, on November 13, 2023, Dompet Dhuafa received a donation from Benings Clinic’s customers. This donation will be channeled to our brothers and sisters in Palestine. It will be converted into food, medicine, clothing, especially winter clothing, as Palestine is entering the winter season in November,” Faqih revealed.
As reported by iNews.id, more than 1.5 million residents of Gaza have been displaced due to the escalation of Israel’s occupation of Palestinian land since October 7, 2023. The Palestinian people are currently living in fear and facing the threat of starvation.

Benings Clinic also disclosed why they chose Dompet Dhuafa as the channel for this humanitarian aid. Salsa Nabila, an admin at Benings Clinic, explained that Benings trusts Dompet Dhuafa because the humanitarian organization is trusted and reliable.
“Because Dompet Dhuafa is one of the largest humanitarian organizations in Indonesia and has the trust of the community, and it is also one of the organizations verified by the government. So, there’s no worry,” Nabila explained.
Dompet Dhuafa warmly accepted this trust and expressed its highest appreciation for Benings Clinic’s kindness in channeling humanitarian donations for Palestine.
