JAKARTA – In its endeavor to execute high-quality programs, Dompet Dhuafa is continuously innovating and making various adjustments to operate optimally as it celebrates its 30th anniversary. To this end, on Tuesday (2/1/2024), Dompet Dhuafa held the Inauguration and Handover of Office for the Organizational Board of Yayasan Dompet Dhuafa Republika for the 2024—2029 period at the Dompet Dhuafa Philanthropy Building in Jakarta.
In conjunction with this event, an Integrity Pact was signed, marking another step in Dompet Dhuafa’s efforts to forge a more resilient and adaptive organization.

Pursuant to the Decree of the Trustees of Yayasan Dompet Dhuafa Republika Number 005/YDDR/SK Pembina/12/2023 regarding the organizational structure of Yayasan Dompet Dhuafa Republika, and recognizing the need to enhance organizational work optimization, a revision of the foundation’s organizational structure was deemed necessary. Furthermore, Dompet Dhuafa welcomed the addition of the esteemed scholar Yudi Latief to the Board of Trustees.
The Trustees have established the following configuration for the trustees, supervisors, and managers of Yayasan Dompet Dhuafa Republika for the 2024—2029 term:
Board of Trustees:

- Members: Andi Makmur Makka, S Sinansari Ecip, Bambang Widjojanto, Prof. Yudi Latief
Board of Supervisors:
- Chairman: Rahmad Riyadi
- Member: Yayat Supriyatna

- Vice Chairman I: Bambang Suherman
- Vice Chairman II: Herdiansah

Parni Hadi, the initiator and Chairman of the Trustees of Dompet Dhuafa, stated that this inauguration marks a significant step in the development and implementation of Philanthropreneurship by Dompet Dhuafa. Philanthropreneurship encompasses both humanitarian philanthropic activities and the development of social enterprises that bolster a sustainable ecosystem for empowerment. Moreover, Parni highlighted the necessity of making adjustments to enhance the efficiency of the institution in terms of time, effort, thought, and cost.
“I urge everyone to complement, strengthen, remind, love, and pray for each other, and to frequently nurture good relations. It is imperative that we maintain Dompet Dhuafa’s independence; we are a non-partisan entity in the realm of politics. This is not an easy task; it requires contributions from everyone,” Parni Hadi emphasized.
