Putra said that so far, Dompet Dhuafa has been present to provide free health services through eight hospitals spread across various points in Indonesia. However, health facilities, one of which is an ambulance, are far from enough, considering the large number of poor patients.

‘Alhamdulillah, today Samudera Indonesia donated an ambulance car that is expected to be useful for the mobility of health services in one of Dompet Dhuafa’s hospitals, namely AKA Medika Sribhawono Hospital in East Lampung,’ said Putra.

This was also confirmed by Dr Ocky. According to Dr Ocky, this ambulance waqf car can be one of the solutions to improve the quality of health services in Indonesia. This, continued Dr Ocky, can alleviate poor patients who need free patient shuttle services.

‘Hopefully, this ambulance will be useful in the future, considering that there are so many poor patients who seek treatment at AKA Medika Sribhawono Hospital,’ said Dr Ocky.
