JAKARTA – On Wednesday, August 20, 2023, from 8 AM, dozens of pairs of eyes gathered at the At Taqwa Mosque on the 3rd floor of TAMINI Square in East Jakarta. The Hadroh performance by El-Jafa Community accompanied the congregation as they gathered to send blessings to the Prophet Muhammad. The atmosphere was solemn, and after that, the Master of Ceremony (MC), Ahmad Muzofar, invited Ustaz Afifi Umar, the National Qari’, to recite verses from the Holy Quran.
At the At Taqwa Mosque in TAMINI Square, Dompet Dhuafa and TAMINI Square held a Dhuha Study session with National Da’i and Islamic Lecturer Itu Indah, Ustaz Maulana. The theme of the session was “Exploring Wisdom and Harmony in Religious Life,” and Ustaz Maulana delivered his lecture in an innovative, refreshing, yet meaningful manner.
“Congregation… O congregation… Alhamdulillah…,” exclaimed Ustaz Maulana, opening his speech with his distinctive style.

“Harmony can be diverse, but it should remain peaceful and beautiful. You can compete, but don’t be enemies,” he emphasized.
He also mentioned that when we explore wisdom and harmony in religious life, we need to talk about religion first. According to him, there are seven discussion topics related to religion that need to be studied.
“Regarding religion, there are seven topics of study: the Quran, creed (zikir, prayers, and blessings), morals (manners), outward worship (Islam) and inner faith, transactions, history, and art. All of these encompass religion,” Ustaz Maulana explained further.

Ustaz Maulana also reminded and provided an act of worship to make it easy for oneself to give charity sincerely. Before giving charity at dawn, one should recite Surah Al-Fatihah ten times. This act of worship should be dedicated to:
1. The messengers
2. Muslims and believers
3. Teachers/scholars
4. Parents/ancestors
5. Leaders
6. Descendants
7. Those who love us
8. Those we love
9. Those who entrust us with their prayers
10. Oneself (needs, necessities, aspirations)
In his speech, Yudha Andilla, the Manager of Retail at Dompet Dhuafa, expressed gratitude for the worship activities that took place at the At Taqwa Mosque that day.
“Alhamdulillah, it started with blessings earlier, and we hope that today’s blessings will make it easier for us to be recognized by the Prophet Muhammad. Dompet Dhuafa is an institution that was born 30 years ago from a journalist figure with the spirit of a scholar and the passion of an Islamic preacher, to provide great benefits. Through this, Dompet Dhuafa wants to get closer to the community to collaborate together in goodness,” said Yudha.

Similarly, Rudi S. Iskandar, the Supervisor of TAMINI Square and the At Taqwa Mosque, stated, “This collaboration with Dompet Dhuafa is aimed at enriching the At Taqwa Mosque. Hopefully, this collaboration can also advance and revive TAMINI Mall after the pandemic. I am grateful for this Dhuha study because I am a fan of Ustaz Maulana.”
