BANDUNG, WEST JAVA — Praise be to God, welcoming the new Hijri year 1444, Dompet Dhuafa won two awards at the Human Capital on Resilience Excellence Award 2022. The awards ceremony was held at the El Royal Hotel Bandung on Friday (7/29/2022).
The two award categories are ‘The Best Employee Value & Performance’ and ‘The Best Recruitment’, related to the management of the recruitment process, internalization of values, and performance management of the institution’s personnel.
“This award is a motivation for Dompet Dhuafa personnel to keep taking action and developing themselves amid economic uncertainty. Continue to play an active role and give your best dedication to each field you are in,” said Prima Hadi Putra as Director of Business Operation Support Dompet Dhuafa.

The assessment process is carried out based on several judging criteria, namely the acuity of the Human Resources Strategic Plan, Digital Transformation in HC development, Improvement of Human Resources Skills and Competence in Facing Crisis, Competency Modelling, as well as Business Survival in Efforts to Build Business Resilience.
The award was obtained through a judging process by academics. Through a process of research and positive discussions with the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia, IT and financial experts, as well as interviews with companies or institutions nominated for the award. It is the only Zakat Institution in Indonesia to receive this award.
