BALI – Dompet Dhuafa has once again achieved a proud accomplishment at the national level. At the Top Brand Award 2025, organized by Frontier Group and Marketing Magazine, Dompet Dhuafa won a prestigious award as one of the best brands in Indonesia in the Zakat and Charity category. The award was presented at the grand finale event held at the Intercontinental Bali Resort, Jimbaran, The Imperial Ballroom, on Tuesday (August 12, 2025). The event was attended by hundreds of representatives from renowned brands across various industries in Indonesia.
The Top Brand Award is one of the most prestigious awards in Indonesia, based on data from a survey conducted among over 15,000 respondents in 15 major cities. The survey measures brand strength based on three key indicators:
1. Top of Mind Awareness – how often a brand is the first one consumers think of when mentioning a specific category.
2. Future Intention (Loyalty) – the level of consumer loyalty to continue choosing the same brand in the future.
3. Market Share (Usage) – the market share reflected by consumer usage of the product or service.
Through these three indicators, Dompet Dhuafa has successfully proven that its position as a leading National Zakat Institution (LAZNAS) has been widely recognized by the public, not only in terms of popularity, but also in terms of consistency of service and donor loyalty.



The receipt of the Top Brand Award 2025 is a testament to Dompet Dhuafa’s success in maintaining its reputation amid the ever-changing social, economic, and digital philanthropy trends. This award complements the list of achievements previously attained, further affirming the institution’s consistency in managing zakat, infak, sedekah, and wakaf funds professionally, transparently, and accountably.

The receipt of the Top Brand Award 2025 marks eight years since Dompet Dhuafa has maintained its status as a Top Brand in the Zakat and Charity category. Handi Irawan, CEO and Founder of Frontier Group, expressed special appreciation to Dompet Dhuafa for this extraordinary consistency.
“Dompet Dhuafa is not only capable of achieving the Top Brand status once, but of maintaining it for years. This demonstrates that the public’s trust in Dompet Dhuafa is very strong, and the organization is able to uphold its relevance, innovation, and integrity in the eyes of society,” Handi Irawan stated in his speech.


He added that this achievement has inspired other brands to not only pursue momentary popularity, but to build long-term relationships with service users or beneficiaries. The Top Brand Award 2025 grand finale was held in a grand and festive atmosphere.
The series of activities began at 3:00 p.m. WITA with a registration session, followed by Camp Ground & Networking, which brought together representatives from various leading brands.
The event was then officially opened before a short seminar by national marketing expert Handi Irawan, who shared his insights on strategies for maintaining brand loyalty amid increasingly fierce competition.
The highlight of the event was the award presentation to winners from various industry categories. This moment was one of the most anticipated, including for Dompet Dhuafa, who took to the stage to receive their award trophy. After a group photo session, the evening concluded with a buffet dinner, serving as a networking opportunity and a chance for participants to share experiences.
