AMMAN, JORDAN — Since early Tuesday morning (10/28/2025), there has been a warm and enthusiastic atmosphere at the Dompet Dhuafa logistics warehouse in Jordan. The Dompet Dhuafa humanitarian team worked together to prepare 3,840 food packages to be sent to our brothers and sisters in Palestine.
Each food package contains basic necessities such as rice, oil, sugar, nuts, canned meat and fish, and seasonings. Each package weighs around 25–27 kilograms and is designed to help one Palestinian family survive for two weeks.
In the initial stage, the total amount of aid that Dompet Dhuafa will distribute to the Palestinian people reaches 100 tons. This aid is loaded into five large container trucks. The trucks will travel a long way to the Gaza Strip, and some of the aid will be distributed to Palestinian refugees on the Jordanian border.
However, these five containers are not the end of humanitarian action. Dompet Dhuafa ensures that there will be regular aid deliveries, and five additional containers will be dispatched in the next phase. This is a form of Dompet Dhuafa’s ongoing commitment to continue helping the Palestinian people in facing this prolonged crisis.
“Every package we send is a new hope for a Palestinian family. We want to make sure they have enough food for the next two weeks, at least so they can get through these difficult days with a little more peace of mind,” said Shofa Quds, Dompet Dhuafa’s Humanitarian Team Coordinator in Jordan.
For Dompet Dhuafa, this mission is not just about sending logistics, but also about bringing a sense of brotherhood and love from the Indonesian people to those who are struggling amid limitations.
“This assistance is proof that compassion knows no national borders. From Indonesia, we want to continue bringing the spirit of solidarity to Palestine,” added Shofa.

Through this humanitarian action, Dompet Dhuafa hopes to continue providing aid and hope to the Palestinian people—especially during the difficult times leading up to winter and Ramadan.
