JAKARTA —–— Closing 2025 and starting the journey of 2026, Dompet Dhuafa held the 2026 Partner Gathering with the theme “Purpose Beyond Profit: Integrating Business and Barakah” at Mangkuluhur ARTOTEL Suites, Jakarta, on Thursday (January 8, 2026). This event was designed as a space for spiritual reflection and a platform for strategic collaboration among companies to align their business goals with the values of barakah (blessing) and social welfare.
It was prompted by concerns over a shift in market orientation, where millennials and Gen Z now prioritize brands that demonstrate social responsibility and environmental commitment. Dompet Dhuafa emphasized that integrating faith and business activities is not merely idealistic, but a necessity to create a balance between material well-being and spiritual happiness.

In his speech, Ahmad Juwaini, Chairman of Dompet Dhuafa, recounted his experience when he visited the sites of flash floods and landslides in Sumatra in December 2025.
“This disaster was severe, massive, and had a tremendous impact. It affected many families in the three regions. I heard many different stories from the people I met there. However, it was amazing that it was not only about the grief of loss, but also inspiring. Even in the midst of disaster, they showed kindness and perseverance despite their difficult circumstances,” said Ahmad Juwaini.

On that occasion, he also expressed his appreciation to all strategic partners and collaborators who have been with Dompet Dhuafa, involved in our programs. All of our partners are extraordinary, and we want to continue working with all of you.
“Thank you, to this day, Dompet Dhuafa is still trusted. We are also grateful for the generosity of the community and, of course, the willingness of all of you to continue working with Dompet Dhuafa. Alhamdulillah, various forms of assistance were distributed to 3.6 million beneficiaries from our various programs in the distribution of funds in 2025. There was also a 12.58% growth in collection from the previous year, 2024, due to the pattern after the presidential election and the disasters that occurred at the end of the year. So we were able to carry out this mandate well,” said Ahmad.
“We hope to continue collaborating with all of you in various fields, so that we can continue our efforts to improve the community environment, improve society together, and fulfill our public accountability. May we work together, support goodness, and be appreciated by the public to the best of our ability,” he concluded.

The meeting, attended by 100 representatives of partner companies, presented a series of agendas that combined educational, spiritual, and appreciation elements, including:
- Main Study: Presented by Drs. H. Wijayanto, M.A., who discussed the principle of “Business & Barakah” and the importance of having big goals beyond mere profit.
- Synergy of Goodness: A presentation by Ahmad Juwaini (Chair of the Dompet Dhuafa Republika Foundation) on the institution’s experience in managing collaborative programs for 32 years.
- Special Performance: A reflective performance by musician Panji Sakti.
- Partnership Impact Appreciation: An award ceremony for collaborative partners who have made a real social impact through their synergy with Dompet Dhuafa.
For more than three decades, Dompet Dhuafa has managed Ziswaf funds (zakat, infaq, sadaqah, and waqf) through five program pillars, namely health, education, economy, social, and da’wah & culture. Through this gathering, Dompet Dhuafa opened up opportunities for broader collaboration, ranging from joint campaigns, employee zakat management, to the implementation of sustainable CSR.
