BOGOR —-— A number of students at SMART Ekselensia Indonesia received donation packages of traditional Bogor souvenirs from PT Agrinesia Raya as part of the 1447 H Homecoming Program. The packages were handed over at the SMART Ekselensia Indonesia school campus in Bogor on Wednesday (March 11, 2026).
The donation consisted of packages of traditional Bogor souvenirs given to the students to take with them when returning to their hometowns ahead of Eid al-Fitr. This program is part of a collaboration between PT Agrinesia Raya and Dompet Dhuafa to bring joy to the students during the Eid al-Fitr holiday.
A representative from PT Agrinesia Raya stated that this program is a form of the company’s care for the students who have been pursuing their education at the SMART Ekselensia Indonesia dormitory.
“We hope to share some joy with the families of SMART students from various regions across Indonesia. We hope these traditional Bogor souvenirs can be enjoyed with their families when they return home,” said a representative from PT Agrinesia Raya.
He also explained that Agrinesia Raya has regularly donated care packages for the annual homecoming season since partnering with Dompet Dhuafa in 2021. This program is one of the company’s efforts to support social and educational initiatives that benefit the community.
Agrinesia entrusted the distribution of donations to Dompet Dhuafa because the organization is recognized as a trusted Zakat Management Institution (LAZ) and operates various empowerment programs across multiple sectors. Through this partnership, it is hoped that the benefits of the company’s donations will reach more beneficiaries in need.
Meanwhile, a representative from Dompet Dhuafa, Muhammad Kamil Zaidan, expressed his appreciation for the support provided by Agrinesia Raya to the students of SMART Ekselensia Indonesia.
“We greatly appreciate the support from Agrinesia, which consistently shares joy with the students of SMART. These gifts are not merely presents, but also a symbol of the partners’ care and concern for the children currently pursuing their education at SMART Ekselensia,” said Kamil.
He added that the Pulang Kampung program for SMART Ekselensia students facilitates their return to their hometowns, allowing them to bring back souvenirs and providing an important opportunity for the students to reunite with and share joy with their families.
“Many parties are involved in bringing this joy to life. We hope that collaborations like this can continue so that more students can benefit from Dompet Dhuafa’s educational programs,” he added.
Through the Pulang Kampung 1447 H program, the collaboration between philanthropic organizations and the corporate sector is expected to continue expanding the benefits for the recipients of educational programs. (Dompet Dhuafa)
