JAKARTA —-— Support from various parties to assist victims of flash floods in Sumatra continues to this day. One such source of support comes from Ultra Voucher, a technology company that provides shopping vouchers.
Ultra Voucher donated Rp16 million and three boxes of ready-to-use basic necessities to disaster survivors in Sumatra via Dompet Dhuafa on Thursday (11/12/2025) at the Dompet Dhuafa Central Office.

Ultra Voucher representative Hanna hopes that this donation can help survivors through the recovery phase.
“Today, we at Ultra Voucher would like to share a little with our brothers and sisters in Sumatra who have been affected by flash floods. Hopefully, this small contribution can provide support to the victims as they go through the recovery phase,” she said.
Based on the latest report from the National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB), the death toll in three provinces, namely Aceh, West Sumatra, and North Sumatra, has reached 990, with 5,100 people seriously injured and 225 still missing.
The disaster has also destroyed thousands of bridges, public facilities, and homes. In some isolated areas, roads are inaccessible due to broken bridges. As a result, supplies for survivors must be transported by air.
To date, many survivors are still struggling through the recovery process. Meanwhile, humanitarian workers continue to provide moral and material support to the victims.
Therefore, the distribution of support to survivors must be targeted and appropriate to their needs. This requires a credible, professional, and transparent institution to safeguard the trust of donors.
Ultra Voucher representative Hanna said they chose Dompet Dhuafa as the place to distribute donations because of its trusted reputation. “DD (Dompet Dhuafa) has handled many large companies in distributing humanitarian aid,” said Hanna.
