BEKASI, WEST JAVA — Disaster Management Center (DMC) Dompet Dhuafa deployed teams to accelerate flood management in Bekasi, West Java on Thursday (02/03/2023).
Pj Regent of Bekasi, Dani Ramdan explained that the flood condition located in 19 sub-districts has now begun to recede. However, in the northern regions of Bekasi such as Muara Gembong, Pebayuran, Tarumajaya, and Babelan, there is an increase in water volume.
“There are areas that continue to rise in flood height, especially in the northern Bekasi. This is due to the direction of the river flow to the North Coast of the Java Sea, such as Babelan, Pebayuran, and Muara Gembong,” said Dani as reported by Kompas.com, Friday (3/3/2023).
