BOGOR, WEST JAVA — During the holy month of Ramadan, not everyone has the option to break their fast with their family at home. Some people are forced to stay outside to earn a living after iftar time. Such as security guards, cleaning service officers, and workers at tenant stores at Botani Square Mall, Bogor, on Friday (29/3/2024).
In the evening, Dompet Dhuafa through a donation service outlet at Botani Square Mall shared 150 takjil with mall visitors. In a unique and interesting way, Dompet Dhuafa held a takjil distribution with the theme of the fictional character Aladdin.
The takjil recipients came from various backgrounds. Among them are mall tenant guards, security guards, and cleaning service officers. Not to forget, visitors also received takjil from Dompet Dhuafa.

Dompet Dhuafa’s Area Direct Fundraising Officer, Yayat Ahmad, observed the condition of Dompet Dhuafa’s donation service outlets that afternoon which were very crowded. He was grateful that all takjil packages reached the hands of Botani Square Mall officers and visitors. According to him, this takjil distribution action is a form of Dompet Dhuafa’s commitment to increase closeness with visitors and other recipients.
‘This activity aims to increase closeness with visitors and build togetherness in sharing. In addition, using Aladdin costumes, which adds its own uniqueness while inviting visitors to donate through Dompet Dhuafa, ‘said Yayat.
