Dompet Dhuafa Wins the 2026 Marcomm & Corcomm Dream Team Award

JAKARTA —-— Dompet Dhuafa has once again achieved a milestone by winning an award at the Marcomm & Corcomm Dream Team 2026 event. The award ceremony took place at the Prof. Dr. Djayusman Auditorium at the LSPR Institute of Communication & Business on Thursday (May 21, 2026). This award serves as a form of appreciation for Dompet Dhuafa’s success in implementing marketing communication and corporate communication strategies that are deemed professional, adaptive, and relevant to the current digital landscape.

Representing Dompet Dhuafa at the event were Etika Setiawanti, Director of Resource Mobilization; Dian Mulyadi, Deputy Corporate Secretary; and Suci N. Qadarsih, General Manager of Marketing.

Etika Setiawanti stated that the award is a form of public recognition for the trust that continues to be placed in Dompet Dhuafa. She also noted that this award is dedicated to all Dompet Dhuafa staff, donors, beneficiaries, and all stakeholders who have stood by us in our shared journey of doing good.

“This award is a public acknowledgment of the trust placed in Dompet Dhuafa. It also proves that the management of community funds we carry out is conducted professionally, with integrity, and credibly, so that Dompet Dhuafa’s reputation as a trusted brand for zakat, infak, and sedekah services can continue to be maintained,” said Etika.

Meanwhile, SWA Editor-in-Chief Kemal E. Gani also expressed his appreciation for Dompet Dhuafa’s achievements. According to him, Dompet Dhuafa has successfully demonstrated strong and professional corporate communication practices. It is therefore no surprise that the public—particularly the journalists involved in this award—chose Dompet Dhuafa as the ZIS service brand deserving of this recognition.

The Marcomm & Corcomm Dream Team 2026 event marks the fifth annual recognition organized by MIX Marketing & Communication to honor the creativity, hard work, and innovation of marketing communication and corporate communication professionals across various industries.

In the Journalist Choice in Local Company category, the award was given to the best communications team from an Indonesian local organization based on the selection of 50 national journalists through a polling mechanism. The journalists were asked to select the best communications team across 11 industries based on three key parameters: creative, innovative, and original communication strategies; relevance to the challenges faced; and the ability to utilize digital channels in an advanced manner.

The assessment was conducted through the distribution of questionnaires to journalists from various national media outlets such as Tempo, Kompas, Republika, Bisnis Indonesia, Liputan6, Medcom, Tribunnews, Jawa Pos, and Kedaulatan Rakyat.

This award further solidifies Dompet Dhuafa’s position as an Islamic philanthropic organization that not only excels in community service and empowerment but is also capable of building strong, trustworthy, and widely impactful public communication within Indonesian society. (Dompet Dhuafa)
