GAZA, PALESTINE — Five months have passed since Israel’s first attack on the Palestinian Gaza Strip on 7 October 2023. The attack has left 85 per cent of Gazans displaced in dire conditions. They lack water, food, and medicine. This has become a deadly silent weapon from Israel for the people of Gaza, Palestine.
Unlike other Muslims, in Ramadan 1445 AH, deaths in the Gaza Strip continued to increase due to mass starvation. As many as 30,000 people were killed by Israeli attacks. Another 300 people are still trapped in North Gaza and forced to eat grass to survive.

As of Friday (1/3/2024), the Gaza Ministry of Health reported that four children died from malnutrition and dehydration. This number has the potential to increase, considering the weakening and declining economic condition of Palestine.
Alhamdulillah, the aid from Dompet Dhuafa has arrived on the first day of Ramadan 1445 AH in Gaza, Palestine. The staple food packages were served directly to the refugees.

The food aid distribution has reached three points in the Gaza Strip. Among them, in the Rafah border area, Khan Younis City in the Southern Gaza Strip, and Deir Al-Balah City in the Central Gaza Strip. (Dompet Dhuafa)
