JAKARTA — Ahead of the last week of Ramadan, Dompet Dhuafa, together with the Cut Nyak Dien Foundation and the Cut Nyak Dien Mosque Youth (Riscandi), held the 1446 H Ramadan Safari on Sunday (23/03/2025). A warm atmosphere full of joy filled the Cut Nyak Dien Mosque, Menteng, South Jakarta, with the presence of 200 orphans and the poor who also attended the blessed activity.
Also present to give spiritual inspiration was Ustaz Nur Fadillah, or familiarly called Ustaz Tile, who delivered a da’wah study with a blend of humor. Serious expressions and alternating laughter were painted on the faces of the congregation as they listened to Ustaz Tile’s study on fasting as a means of learning about life.
Not only that, the organizer of the activity that afternoon also presented an Islamic Drama by Riscandi which invited laughter as well as a deep understanding of Islam for the orphans who were present.

In addition to sharing happiness and blessings through study and entertainment, Dompet Dhuafa together with the Cut Nyak Dien Foundation distributed 200 food packages and donations to congregations of orphans and the poor who live around the Cut Nyak Dien Mosque.
Dompet Dhuafa Fundraising Manager, Yudha Andilla, expressed his gratitude for the sharing activity with the Cut Nyak Dien Mosque. He hopes that this activity will not only bring happiness, but also prolonged benefits for the beneficiaries.
“We are grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with the CUt Nyak Dien Mosque Caretaker Committee and the Riscandi Mosque Youth. Hopefully, this forum can inspire our friends out there who are well-off to share with those in need. So as to inspire the spirit of sharing and touch the hearts of other people,” he said.

In line with Yudha, Chair of the Cut Nyak Dien Foundation, Abdullah Rully also advised that mosque administrators should also be parents by setting a good example and paying more attention to orphans and the poor.
“We also have to be good parents. Share blessings and pay more attention to orphans. So that we can learn together. This will also equip them to have noble character in the future. Thank you to the stakeholders involved in today’s activities. Thank you Dompet Dhuafa for your collaboration,” he explained.
One of the beneficiaries, Laras (9), who was seen to be present alone, looked happy while watching the Islamic Drama. The youngest of six siblings admitted that she was happy to be able to participate in the series of Dompet Dhuafa’s Ramadan Safari events.
“I came here alone. My mom dropped me off because she had to go back to work preparing Teh Solo (black tea) for sale. She will pick me up later tonight. But I’m happy that today I was able to take home a package of groceries and donations. I will give it to my mom later,” he said cheerfully.
