SOUTH TANGERANG — At the end of Ramadan 1445 H, people are increasingly enthusiastic about fulfilling their obligations to give zakat. Dompet Dhuafa’s service outlets are always open to provide zakat, infaq, sadaqah and waqf (Ziswaf) payment services. Likewise, Dompet Dhuafa’s fundraising officers are willing to always be on standby, even until Takbiran night arrives.
Happily, the Dompet Dhuafa Service Office in Ciputat, South Tangerang received a visit from the Chairman of the Dompet Dhuafa Board of Trustees, Parni Hadi, on Sunday (7/4/2024). Accompanied by the Chairman of Dompet Dhuafa’s Executive Board, Ahmad Juwaini and the Chairman of the Integrated Rumah Sehat Foundation, Ismail A. Said, Parni greeted the Ziswaf service officers there, namely Rani and Leni. This opportunity became a momentum for Rani and Leni to absorb the knowledge of “serving donors” from the initiator of Dompet Dhuafa.

Parni said that being a Dompet Dhuafa employee must be able to apply the 7Ts, namely Fast, Careful, Precise, Accurate, Frugal, Benefit, and Dignified. On the other hand, the senior journalist also advised to always serve mustahik and donors with a smile. So, he also called on every Dompet Dhuafa employee to smile with the best smile. If necessary, by taking a selfie capturing a smile on their respective mobile phones.
“Serve with a smile. That is the key. We must always smile in managing Ziswaf, just as Ziswaf funds make the beneficiaries smile,” he exclaimed.
Etika Setiawanti as Secretary of the Dompet Dhuafa Foundation Board was also present at this gathering moment. She said, Dompet Dhuafa wholeheartedly continues to try to serve mustahik and donors with a smile. In addition, Dompet Dhuafa opens and accepts all input and suggestions from everyone. In fact, Dompet Dhuafa often invites donors to visit empowerment areas so that they can meet and greet beneficiaries directly.
“Usually we also often invite donors to visit Dompet Dhuafa’s empowerment sites. There are meetings and chats between donors and beneficiaries directly. A smile appears between the two,” said Etika.
