JAKARTA — The month of Ramadan is a momentum for Dompet Dhuafa to get closer to Allah, as well as to fellow humans. In this blessed month, Dompet Dhuafa also spreads zakat education and shares free takjil. This sharing activity was not only carried out on the streets, but also carried out in shopping centers, one of which was at The Park Pejaten, South Jakarta on Saturday (30/3/2024).
The takjil sharing action at The Park Pejaten was carried out by Dompet Dhuafa volunteers. A total of 100 takjil were successfully distributed around the Dompet Dhuafa Donation Service Outlet available there. In less than 30 minutes, takjil was distributed to mall visitors.
This takjil sharing action is a form of Dompet Dhuafa’s deep concern for fasting Muslims. For this reason, Dompet Dhuafa tries to reach out to Muslims in the vicinity so that they are easy and can hasten breaking the fast when the time comes.

There was something interesting about sharing takjil yesterday. After receiving free takjil from Dompet Dhuafa, one of the mall visitors returned to the Dompet Dhuafa Donation Service Outlet to make a cash donation. The action also invited the attention of other mall visitors, to do the same. Their hearts were then moved to pay zakat at the Dompet Dhuafa Donation Service Outlet.
“Alhamdulillah, thank you Dompet Dhuafa for sharing free takjil,” said Dewi as one of the mall visitors.
Besides Dewi, Agung, who is also a visitor to The Park Pejaten, gave his response regarding the takjil sharing action carried out by Dompet Dhuafa.
“Thank you to Dompet Dhuafa, for the free takjil,” said Agung.

In addition to sending comments, the takjil recipients did not hesitate to express their hopes to Dompet Dhuafa. They deliberately expressed this hope so that in the future Dompet Dhuafa could serve the community even better than now, namely by distributing takjil for free. (Dompet Dhuafa)
