She said that leading STIM Budi Bakti was a challenging experience for her. She admitted that she felt insecure when she was given the mandate, but she still tried her best for STIM Budi Bakti.

“I used to feel insecure because I entered an environment full of dedicated academics. However, in the end, I decided to continue my master’s degree in the Master of Management program at Paramadina University as a way to overcome this insecurity,” she said.

“Because insecurity should not be expected, it will hinder the process going forward. This effort also opened up space for me to learn and ask questions from more experienced people. Alhamdulillah, at the end of my assignment, all learning processes went well, even though they were not perfect, and I was able to carry out this leadership mandate simultaneously,” she continued.

Closing her speech, Rina congratulated Aza El Munadiyan on his appointment as the new chairman of STIM Budi Bakti. She hoped that under Aza’s new leadership, he would bring new energy and innovation to develop STIM Budi Bakti into a powerful and integrity-driven campus.

“May this new leadership bring new hope, new energy, and many new innovations for the advancement of STIM Budi Bakti,” she explained.

“Finally, I would like to express my deepest apologies if, during my tenure at Budi Bakti Campus, there were many mistakes, attitudes, words, and of course policies. I ask for your forgiveness. Hopefully, our efforts will be recorded as good deeds and become a stepping stone for better steps in the future,” he added.

On the same occasion, Aza El Munadiyan said that the position of chairman of STIM Budi Bakti, entrusted to him by the Dompet Dhuafa Republika Foundation, is a mandate with enormous responsibility. He recalled the words of his parents, who told him that being a leader is a heavy task.

“So I remembered the message from my late father and mother. One of the heaviest tasks of being a leader is how, in this world and the hereafter, what we lead will become one of the burdens of our deeds. That is what weighs heavily on me, to the point that when I took the oath earlier, I shed tears,” said Aza in his speech.

In addition, he said that from dozens to hundreds of students today, STIM Budi Bakti is now well known and has regular morning classes, whereas previously there were only classes for employees. Furthermore, he revealed that there are many alumni and students who have been successful after graduating from STIM Budi Bakti.

“I received a WhatsApp message from an alumnus whom I also mentored, saying, ‘Sir, thank God, I got a job at a national commodity company.’ Then some time ago, we also received news from many students and alumni who had obtained teacher certification. Then we received news that a student who just graduated in 2025 immediately got a job at a national company with a salary twice the minimum wage,” he explained.

According to Aza, the achievements of STIM Budi Bakti students and alumni are like the foundation of a building that must continue to be strengthened and raised higher. When the foundation is strong, he continued, the building will be sturdy.

Closing his speech, Aza expressed his gratitude to Dompet Dhuafa for entrusting him with the position of chairman of STIM Budi Bakti. He hopes that STIM Budi Bakti can become one of Dompet Dhuafa’s visions in empowering and overcoming poverty in Indonesia.

“Thank you, Dompet Dhuafa Republika Foundation, for the trust you have placed in us. Hopefully, the next four years will bring a lot of support and, Insha Allah, STIM Budi Bakti will become part of Dompet Dhuafa’s vision to produce many muzakki, alleviate poverty in Indonesia, and produce empowered individuals. We ask for your prayers and support for the next four years,” he explained.

Mrs. Rina has contributed greatly and achieved many important things in continuing the development of STIM Budi Bakti,” said Ahmad in his speech.

He also congratulated Aza El Munadiyan on his appointment as chairman, a position he will officially hold for the next four years.

“We also congratulate Mr. Aza, who has officially started his duties at the beginning of the year. Hopefully, Mr. Aza can continue all the successes that have been achieved by Mrs. Rina. Hopefully, Mr. Aza can also develop good things and achieve the best achievements over the next four years,” he explained.

Furthermore, he advised that the future development of the STIM Budi Bakti campus needs to have strategic guidelines regarding long-term goals, key steps (milestones), and a timeline for achieving them so that this campus can transform into a powerful and integrity-driven university.

“We do need to have a roadmap for developing this campus. The campus should grow from its own strengths. Well, the challenge for Mr. Aza is actually as an entrepreneur of higher education in realizing higher education in accordance with the roadmap and support from Dompet Dhuafa,” he added.

“To that end, let us join forces with Mr. Aza to continue the journey of developing Dompet Dhuafa’s university with better and more impressive achievements. Ultimately, we aim to position STIM Budi Bakti as a unique and specialized campus, one that is recognized not merely for its existence but for its extraordinary qualities,” he concluded.

Congratulations on the inauguration of Aza El Munadiyan as the new chairman of STIM Budi Bakti were also given by the Head of LLDIKTI Region IV (West Java and Banten), Lukman. Although he was unable to attend in person, Lukman still expressed his gratitude to Rina Fatimah and his congratulations to Aza El Munadiyan.

From this leadership transition, he hopes that STIM Budi Bakti can become an excellent and impactful university. To that end, he urged the campus to always pay attention to data entry in PDDikti so that administrative processes can be streamlined in the future.

“We sincerely hope that the entire team, including the chairperson, vice chairperson, lecturers, and academic community of STIM Budi Bakti, with the blessing of the foundation, will work together to realize STIM Budi Bakti’s vision of becoming a leading campus with a significant impact,” he said.

“Today, we must be able to implement this, starting from compliance with the student data portal, lecturers in PDDikti, learning data in PDDikti, until later when graduation comes, we must have prepared the diploma numbering. Students are also accompanied from the start of their study planning so that they are ready to be accepted into the world of work. Congratulations on this handover, hopefully STIM Budi Bakti will always be successful,” he concluded.
