JAKARTA — “I definitely need water, especially drinking water during this Synchronize Fest event. Well, earlier I had time to take drinking water provided free of charge by Synchronize Fest. We only bring drinking water bottles,” admitted Heri, one of the Synchronize Festival visitors, to the Dompet Dhuafa Team, Saturday (2/9/2023).
That afternoon, Heri took part in a movement of kindness to “Patungan Air Bersih” with Dompet Dhuafa and the Disaster Management Center (DMC). He donated IDR 100,000.
“I know that there is usually a Dompet Dhuafa booth at the Synchronize Festival from previous years. So I did come here (Dompet Dhuafa booth) because this is my chance to give back,” Heri explained.

Yes, Dompet Dhuafa is back for the fourth time at Synchronize Festival, JIEXPO Kemayoran, Jakarta. At the music festival which lasted for 3 days from September 1-3, 2023, Dompet Dhuafa together with DMC carried the “Patungan Air Bersih” program campaign.
Akbar Saddam as the Coordinator of the DMC “Patungan Air Bersih” Program Campaign said that this action was present to help those who had difficulty in clean water and drought in the villages.
“This dry season, some remote villages have experienced drought and lack of clean water. Alhamdulillah, thanks to Mas Heri from Kemayoran, there are other visitors from Padang too, even from Malaysia, who care about donating with us. Thank you also to Synchronize Fest for the great synergy. Hopefully it will be useful for those in need,” Akbar said.

Apart from being present with the donation booth, at the event Dompet Dhuafa also provided musala facilities to facilitate the worship of visitors in the midst of the music performance.
In the previous year, Dompet Dhuafa was present in synergy with Synchronize Festival by carrying out the “Sedekah Pohon”, “Peduli Disabilitas”, and “Indonesia Mendengar” program campaigns.
